    Increase the recycling rate

    we care about the extensive garbage disposal in mainland China. In order to increase the recycling rate, one of our missions is to build bridges between the local government and enterprises. The other one is to strengthen the recycling awareness of young generation through basic knowledge to separate the trash and start to recycle right now.

  • Situation in china

    Nowadays, most of the places in China still deal with the garbage by dumping or burning. It not only takes up so many places but also pollutes the environment.

     

    Although there are many policies trying to deal with the problems, but we are still lacking some regulations about how to collect and classify the garbage in details. And most regulations are not compulsive and operable, so it is still a long way for the garbage recycling in China. Besides, the infrastructure is also backward. There are not enough Sortable garbage bins, Classified garbage trucks and Garbage recycling stations for recycling.

     

    In spite of that, many people in China is eager and enthusiastic to classify the garbage. However, most people can’t classify the garbage because of lacking the knowledge. It needs the assistance and supervision of others to help them get rid of the difficulties.

  • Advantage of recycle

    1. In favor of recycling renewable resources: Something like paper, glasses, waste metal, plastic can be recycled and reused to save the resources in low cost.

    2. In favor of disposal of toxic and harmful substances: Something like battery waste which will pollute the soil can be disposal.

    3. In favor of making the best use of resources: Something like kitchen waste can be transformed to fertilizer.

    What should we do to promote the recycling rate of garbage? The foremost thing for all of us to do is the garbage classification. We can get nothing recycled until the garbage has been classified. Except for that, what will the government do to make the recycle feasible? There is no doubt that the government will encourage all the citizens to classify their garbage by some policies or laws. The government will also enhance the infrastructure to elevate the ability to deal with the waste.

    5. Regard recycling rate as one of the performance indicators of communities.
